Tuesday was Maya's last day as a Youth Media Educator with OLLIE.  We will miss her, and wish her lots of success in the future.  Check out the videos Maya made with her students.

 This past weekend at the Alliance for Community Media regional conference in Salem, two OLLIE videos won Best of the Northwest awards.

OLLIE Youth Media partners with schools, after-school programs, and community-based organizations to bring curriculum and community-based video production workshops to young people (grades 5-12) in Multnomah County.

OLLIE seeking up to six partner schools and organizations for the April - June 2009 term.  Youth participants will receive 12 hours of video production instruction and mentoring, working small teams to plan, tape and edit a short video about a classroom or community subject.

Applications must be completed by February 2!
