OLLIE videos win Best of the Northwest!

 This past weekend at the Alliance for Community Media regional conference in Salem, two OLLIE videos won Best of the Northwest awards.

Youth Video Production Workshops for Spring 2009

OLLIE Youth Media partners with schools, after-school programs, and community-based organizations to bring curriculum and community-based video production workshops to young people (grades 5-12) in Multnomah County.

OLLIE seeking up to six partner schools and organizations for the April - June 2009 term.  Youth participants will receive 12 hours of video production instruction and mentoring, working small teams to plan, tape and edit a short video about a classroom or community subject.

Applications must be completed by February 2!

LOLaika

Today a mysterious flash drive was found with this hilarious photo of Laura's dog Laika on it. I decided to create a LOLLIE (get it? lol-ollie?) with it. Enjoy!
