We just came back from our screening at Ms. Smith’s current events classes at Reynolds High School, and we had a blast. All the students put a lot of effort on producing these videos and the results were great.

The OLLIE staff really loves our bicycles. We are all regular riders and try to ride to work whenever the weather isn't too miserable.

Now Accepting Applications - OLLIE Winter 2009

OLLIE Youth Media partners with schools, after-school programs, and community-based organizations to bring curriculum and community-based media production workshops to young people (grades 5-12) in Multnomah County.

OLLIE is seeking up to nine classrooms sites for the January – March 2009 term.  Youth participants will receive 12 hours of media production instruction and mentoring, working in teams of six to plan, tape and edit a short video about a classroom or community subject.

Applications must be completed by November 3

Hey! Listen Up!

We're so excited to have work included in this years Listen Up! youth media festival. The public is welcome to vote for films entered in the 2008 Very Important Producer (VIP) Awards from now until Oct. 12th. OLLIE has four films from this summer's Moving Images program included- Lonely Girl Says Goodbye, Mariah the Magnificent, Fatman, and Father. But we need your help to win- we need all our fans to go to the OLLIE Listen Up! page and vote for our films. If you ask me, I think they all deserve five stars!
