La Demande is an OLLIE video about economics, created by students at Reynolds High School.  That might now sound terribly interesting, but these students have taken a rather dry subject and turned it into something both entertaining and educational.

The first thing that will catch your eye in this movie is the fabulous iPod costume.  Turning the object of student desires (an iPod) into an actual character not only adds humor, but it improves the visual appeal of the movie as well. 

Another thing I really appreciate about this movie are the ways that the characters interact.  All of the economics facts in the video are conveyed to the audience via conversations between "Economics Girl" and her less knowledgeable friend, "Needing Information Girl".  The main character, "iPod Wanter", never actually speaks a single line of dialogue.  It's a little strange, but it works.
