The latest OLLIE Youth Media Video of the Week is none other than The Peanut Butter and Jelly Movie! 

When these students from Buckman Elementary School were asked to make a video about something they would like to change about their school, they knew right away what needed to be changed: the school PB & J sandwiches! 

This is easily one of the best documentaries created through the OLLIE program, not just because it is totally enjoyable to watch from start to finish, but because it actually helped make a positive change.  Following the completion of this video, Buckman School got rid of their old sandwich, and replaced it with a PB & J that better suited the needs of the students!  I think that is pretty incredible.
