Video Of The Week 5/11/2009
Sunshine of Marshall is without a doubt my favorite OLLIE video that was created during the Winter 2009 school term.
Video Of The Week 5/4/2009
Hooray! Our latest video of the week is none other than 911 On Fire Safety!
This video is all about Fire Safety, and was created by students at Lynch View Elementary School.
There are a lot of reasons to love this video. First, I think the opening scene is brilliant. The young filmmakers perfectly captured the feeelings of boredom, not just of students listening to a lecture, but of the teacher who has to recite dull facts to his students as well. I find it both sad and hilarious at the same time.
Lincoln Park Kid's Club Videos Online!
New OLLIE videos are online! These three super-cool videos were created by Kid's Club students from Lincoln Park Elementary School. These videos are all about why Kid's Club is so terrific, as told by three different groups: Parents, Teachers, and Kids.

New OLLIE videos are online! This round of videos were created by students in Ms. Rose's music class at Renaissance Arts Academy. The students wrote and recorded songs about school culture, and then worked with OLLIE to create music videos for their songs.

Video Of The Week 4/27/2009
Our first Video of the Week is The Giving Tree, an animated adaptation of the classic Shel Silverstein book.
This video was the first OLLIE project that I ever worked on, as well as my first foray into animation. Thankfully, the students at New Avenues for Youth were so motivated and enthusiastic, that I didn't have to do much but teach them the basics and let them go.
